Celebrate your snow day with a cup of Snow Ice Cream!
Ingredients:
1 cup SMC Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cups Sugar
4-5 cups Snow
Directions:
Mix together the milk, vanilla, and the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Slowly add the snow to your mixture, stirring constantly, until it is as thick as ice cream. Eat and enjoy!

Hey from Wisconsin (say: 'Wis-CAN-sin'- heehee!) I've never tried Snow Ice Cream but I will now- we are from the South but have been living here a few years, and so far I've not seen a recipe for this- so thanks for posting! Wish we were close enough to buy your milk!
